All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.

Statement of Purpose
What persons do in a public place, or where the public is invited to be present, is not protected by any right of privacy or expectation of privacy. This is especially true if the person is attracting attention to themselves by nudity or other expression. We believe that all persons have the right to express themselves in this manner and make any statement in public they choose.

Participation Guidelines:
You must be 18 years or older to use or view HawgLair.com. Our Service enables people to share information about themselves and their personal tastes, and their opinions regarding various subjects. We cannot and do not warrant, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or integrity of information that you may access. You understand that you shall remain solely liable for any and all information, text, images, photographs, graphics, e-mail addresses, Web pages, reviews, discussion board postings, and other materials ("Content") that you view, upload, download, email, or transmit via HawgsLair.com.

Copyright Policy:
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

Photo Submissions:
Photo subjects must be 18 years old or older. You may not upload photos copyrighted by someone else, or photos from someone else's site. Photos need to be a photo of you, your partner, public rally photos taken by you, your artwork (for tattoos) , ect. Photos should be in JPEG or GIF format. Photos must be clear and sharp. Fuzzy, out of focus or grainy photos will not be accepted. Photos may not be digitally enhanced. We accept photo submissions via email or upload. All photos are pre approved by Hawgs Lair.

Photos become property of HawgsLair.com and may be used in future promotions. HawgsLair.com and its owners may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. By submitting your entry you are agreeing to the above terms, certifying that you are the sole owner of the material you submitted, and agree to indemnify HawgsLair.com for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material. If for any reason, you determine that you would like to have your photos removed from our web site , HawgsLair.com is under no obligation to do so, however if you are the subject in the photos and did not give your approval to have your photo submitted, removal will be strongly considered.

For event/ personal photo submissions, the above terms also apply. It is strongly suggested that you not submit photos at all if you are not positive that you would like them posted. If you find photos of yourself and you did not submit them, you may request their removal by emailing admin@hawgslair.com with specific information about why you are requesting their removal, which photos you would like removed, and the exact location(s) of the photos on the site, and we will remove them.

Posting Comments on Forum/Chat:
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any post if it contains or features any of the following:

Offensive language, including harmful or abusive language, expletives or profanities, obscenities, or hate speech, or harassing, vulgar, or sexually explicit language;
References to illegal activity;
Content that contains personal attacks;
Messages that are clearly advertising or commercial in nature and do not specifically relate to the subject at hand;
Content we determine is illegal or violates any federal, state, or local law or regulation or the rights of any other person or entity;
Content that is not in English; that is encrypted; or that contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept, or appropriate any system, data, or personal information; or
Content that violates the standards of good taste or the standards of this Web site, as determined by HawgsLair.com in its sole discretion.
